Finally has the chance to sit down and blog something. After wedding, have been busy settling some of our wedding stuff, moving into dear's place and settling into the new place, our room...

MIA after the countdown hit 6 days..haha...was very busy after that sun..Mon & Tue were busying clearing work and handover some stuff to my colleague and every day of our leave starting wed, we have sth to do..go here and there, buy things, pick up things, make payment for stuff, go final fitting.. pick up things etc...and maybe too excited, could nt really sleep for those nights..haha..though was tired but very happy lah..heehee ;)

I must say everything is worth it! My dream wedding has come true!-Outdoor solemnisation by the beach. So romantic, beautiful and touching.... Really a dream come true.. Customary was fun too! and we din seem to be tired though we were running around the whole day. Was quite high during dinner..haha ..will post up some pics and more updates in my later entries..stay tune ;)

Want to share the piece of good news which i mentioned in previous post. And i know some of you might haf guessed it. We finally got our house! =D Resale flat at bedok, 2 blocks away from my parents! WooHoo!! so happy! heehee..it's on the 11th flr, door to door with unblock view and they are doing lift upgrading now so the lift will only serve us and our neighbour opposite which happens to be another young couple ;) and the best thing is we are paying only $8k cash over valuation and we do not need to pay any agent's fee! =) Dear's fren pass this contact to him and we bought the hse directly from the owner.

I think we are super lucky to meet this uncle..he is really very nice. He knows his valuation is v high so he asked for low cash and he's quite cute, he din want to sell his hse thru agent coz he dun like many pple to see his hse..but understandable coz he no longer stays there so a bit troublesome for him to travel fr his current place in the north to bedok. (he is staying in a condo now). Actually his asking price is $15k cash but he understands couple like us dun haf much cash so willing to lower down the price. Initially we were a bit skeptical lah, how in the world would there be such nice person... but after meeting him a few times, we realise he is really very very very nice..somemore he is a principal so we felt that his character and integrity shd be there one. ;)

So now we have exercised the option to purchase and waiting to book our first appt with HDB. If everything goes smoothly, we shd be doing our reno after CNY and in about half a year's time, we can move in our new house!! YIPPIE! =D
