Most memorable day of our life... Our Wedding 24 Sep 08

24 Sep 08, the finale of our Wedding Celebrations! The day we have been planning since a year ago was here and gone. ;)

Sherley and Shuhui reached my hse at ard 630am in the morning to prepare the gate crashing games while the rest arrived at ard 7am with more props and stuff that they have prepared. My make up artist started doing my make up at 645am and she is done in 45 mins, including helping me to change into my gown. She is fast! Haha..so we have more time for photo-taking ;)

Brandon and the Bros arrived at ard 815am in the monkey bridal car. Love the 2 monkeys in front of the car..So cute!

My groom and the brothers had quite a tough time trying to break thru the gate. Especially when some of them including myself were "tekan" by dear during red cross days, so it's time to get back at him..Haha! The guys were made to knock it down exactly the same way dear did to us years back. This is not all, they were made to eat ice cubes made of tabasco sauce, wasabi etc.. that was v spicy according to dear..Heehee.. And dear let out a secret...when dear could nt figure out the questions that the gers planted all ard the staircase, there was a spy whom gave them the answer..not any of the sisters, not my brother..it's the photographer lor! he took a pic of the sheet of paper which all the ans were written when the sisters show it to me. I guz he took pity on them lah, for nt being able to ans most of the qns. Haha..the gers were still impressed by dear for being able to answer all the qns..so disappointing to find out the truth hor..wahahaha
Dear was supposed to say some words to me before the sisters opened the final door to my room. It was quite sweet and touching.. After photo-taking and bidding goodbye to my parents, we went to clarke quay for our outdoor photo-taking. We reached dear's place at around 11am and went thru the tea ceremony before we proceeded to changi chalet for the tea ceremony for my family & relatives.
Everyone went back to rest at ard 2pm while me and dear took a short rest at the chalet before going to peony-jade restaurant at ard 5pm.

At ard 7pm, our guests started coming in...dear and myself were busy taking photos with our guests when they arrived... And i think we took photo with almost all of them except for those who came a bit earlier...

I enjoyed the banquet very much.. cozy and awesome...seeing all our lovely families, relatives and frens gather together for our wedding celebrations, giving us their blessings is such a 幸福的感觉. I juz felt so fortunate and blessed.

The funniest part of the whole banquet should be dear's photos in the montage before our first march in.. haha.. everyone can really see how he ballooned from a skinny boy to a fat teenager and back to a more handsome man..haha..we can hear everyone going WOW when his pics were flashed.

The first march in was romantic and fun..we prepared some flower petals and instead of being thrown in the air, they were thrown at dear's face and some were thrown inside my gown lor...i had to quicky remove those sticking out of my gown while going onto the stage..The second march in was more lively and relax...with us waving to our guests while walking down the red carpet...really once a lifetime experience!

The most touching part of the nite would be dear's speech esp the part when he talked about his mum.... a few pple told me they almost cried too..

And i think i am the most not demure bride around lor..totally no 形象..talking & laughing loudly, running ard mingling & taking photos with the guests..but 这才是我嘛 right?! Haha!
It was the most memorable day of our life.... and we really muz thanks the xiong dis & jie meis for all the effort that they have put in to help us throughout the whole day. Thanks guys & girls!

And also to all who are present...thanks for all your gifts, angpows and blessings and most importantly for being there to share our joy and be a part of our special day..
