8 Days

Today marks the 4th year that me and dear are together. And in 8 days time, we are going to start a whole new life together as husband and wife.

These 4 years have not been an easy journey for us. The first year together was the toughest..trying to sort out the differences between us and we almost broke up after 1 year together. Luckily, we persisted and we put in effort to make our relationship works.. it gets better as we understand each other more thru quarrels, fights etc..Heehee..learn the hard way.

The past 1 year has been very challenging for us esp after we decided to get married. It's not so easy as get our house, plan our wedding etc.. there were so many obstacles that we have to cross before we can even take the first step to search for our house and to make things worse, things are not within our control. Really a tough time for us..very stressful and frustrated..and dear felt it the most. But i would say by crossing these obstacles together, supporting each other along the way, tolerating each other, our love has become stronger and we come to realise how impt we are to each other and we come to appreciate each other more. So maybe sometimes things really happen for a reason.

Jus want to tell dear...you have endured and come so far...I am really proud of you..Looking forward to embark on a brand new journey with you..
It's no longer a journey that you will walk alone...
It's a journey that WE will walk TOGETHER...

Received a very sweet wedding card from 1 of my colleagues, Helen today. A very nice elderly lady. She is not attending my wedding dinner so specially send her best wishes through this little card. I simply love the card! and quite touched too.. feel so blessed =)
